Curriculum Planning

Jayne has designed complete violin curriculums for private music schools, giving them a competitive advantage in producing high-achieving students. Working closely with the school directors to align the curriculum with the school's goal is part of curriculum planning. Customizing to the teacher's expertise, selecting repertoire, lesson planning tailored to their academic calendar, setting up a feedback loop to parents, organising the teachers' notes, customising a metrics system, and creating individual progress charts that will boost parents' confidence in the school are all services offered.

Concert Organiser since 2012

Jayne has organised sold-out concerts in which audiences are delightfully entertained. These concerts range from private events to public performances in hotel lobbies.

Fund Raising

Funding is a continuous constraint for arts organisations, which is why Jayne is passionate about arts and non-profit entities becoming self-sustaining and even profitable through their works. Jayne likes applying business strategies to arts and non-profit organisations, having gained entrepreneurship experience through her own private company, hackathons, and design thinking workshops.
